I find that crustless quiche are much healthier and fuss free . You can just whip it up in an hour from stratch to finish baking. Less washing too for you can just dump all the ingredients into one mixing bowl and that's it...after which into the baking pan it goes . I love lots of spinach and cheddar cheese in my quiche...it just spell healthy and tasty :)
I used the Crustless Salmon & Spinach Quiche recipe for I find it easy to make and not to mention it is fuss free compared to quiche with a crust base. I added bacon bits for extra flavor . You can serve this for lunch, dinner or even breakfast for that matter. I baked this for dinner and whatever left over, I warm them in the microwave for my breakfast the next morning :)
Crustless quiche has become my favorite and it is versatile. You can add in any ingredients you like...seafood quiche would be my next to make crustless quiche :) Imagine a sea treasure in a quiche....lovely and I am already salivating just thinking of it. Call me a glutton if you like but eating is something I can't abstain from ....fasting is definitely out for me :p
