Kiwi Yoghurt Smoothie Popsicle

Lately I have been seeing a lot of fruity popsicle posts online and I am influenced by their slurpy slurpy look and I can imagine how healthy and good they will taste. Fresh fruits of any kind would be perfect for popsicle :p  Well...I thought as I grow old gracefully, I would not want  popsicles anymore but that is so untrue. I crave for them everyday infact LOL!  So I decided to try making my own fruit popsicles ....I have some kiwi fruits in the fridge and I took out 3 kiwis to make some kiwi yoghurt smoothie popsicles........

The weather was HOT and humid ....when I took out the popsicle from its tray, it started to melt so I have to put the popsicle back to the freezer while I went to fetch my camera :)  And after the photoshoot , I have to quickly put the popsicle back to the freezer or it will liquidize before I can have a bite at it :)  

I make my own concoction..

Ingredients :
3 kiwi fruits
3 tbsp of plain yoghurt
1 tbsp of non-fat cream
1 tbsp of honey
1/3 cup ice water
1/2 tbsp lemon juice


Blend together the 3 kiwi  fruits with 3 tablespoons plain yoghurt and 1 tablespoon non- fat cream , 1 tablespoon of honey with 1/3 cup ice water and 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice till it becomes smoothie. Pour them into the popsicle tray and leave them in the freezer for at least 4 hours  or more  till set before taking them out of their tray.  To take the popsicle out of their tray.  Invert the tray and let the running tap runs over the tray.  It will move it easy to remove the popsicle out of the tray.
