This light snack food is prepared by Piggy Joanna when she came back from KL for the CNY celebration a fortnight ago. After a satisfying reunion dinner, we adjourned to the sitting hall to have a session of some catching up. We have not seen each other for some months now and there were lots to catch up with each other. We relaxed and with soft music in the background we drank wine and snacked on these delicious tortilla chips with guacamole avocado dip prepared by our Joanna. A happy bonding time together drinking and sharing what 2012 had been for us. Thank you Piggy Jo for a wonderful snacking and bonding time together. Read on for Joanna's Guacamole Avocado Dip recipe.......

She told me , she make guacamole avocado dip very often....as a mother I am proud of her :) And my fruit of labor, today, I get to eat food prepared by my baby girl hmmmm..... I am the most happiest momsie in my residence :p
