Gold Traditional Wedding Bands

My Piggy Josh has gotten himself engaged last Valentine Day. I am happy for him and I know he is planning to get married next year maybe :)  I love Elaine just as much as my Joanna.  I am glad that I will soon be having another wonderful daughter...gosh this is a blessing that God has showered upon WB and myself.      WB and myself are very blessed to have Elaine as our daughter in law and  I told Josh to love  Elaine as much as he loves himself.  Well, I for one will love her as much as I love Joanna . That is for sure and I know that WB has in fact taken her as one of his own daughter :)

What does a gold traditional wedding band means ?

The circle of the wedding band is a symbol of eternity. The circle has no beginning or end and is, thus a symbol of infinity. The wedding ring is traditionally worn on the fourth finger of the left hand. Simply because it was believed that the vein in this finger lead directly to the wearer's heart. But in many European countries, it was a custom for the wedding ring to be worn on the right hand, there is  no religious or historic reason for the ring to be worn on a particular hand.

Plain gold wedding bands are considered the traditional form of the wedding ring. Gold wedding bands became very popular because of their simple practical style. Simple gold bands are commonly worn by people who lead active lifestyles or who need a ring that can easily be kept clean.

It is more practical to have simple gold band than diamonds as wedding rings. Josh and myself were discussing about wedding bands.  I showed him some nice ones and I told him that a simple traditional wedding band will do.  I gave him a few websites that he can check  out for gold wedding rings.

Josh agrees we me that a simple gold band is better than having  intricate designs on the gold band.  I am happy he choose a simple one.
