Crispy Baked Cod Fish Strips

These are so addictive.  I can finish one whole container of it LOL! They are so crunchy and healthy. Oven baked!!!! Yes, oven baked and not deep fried like those sold by the store.  I took this recipe from Anncoo Journal and truly it was so yummy good.  I ate without any guilt.  Easy to make and cheaper to make yourself than buying from the store.  I make a few tubs and gave them as gifts to my brothers during the CNY when I visited them during the 1st day of CNY :)  My nephews and nieces love them !

all you need is white sesame seeds, roasted nori seaweed , fish fillet strips
and egg whites

just arrange them nicely in a row on parchment paper

baked them in oven temp of 140C for just 8 mins

cool them and keep in air tight container
