Garlic Bun With Garlic Parsley Butter Toppings

The smell of freshly baked buns emanating from the oven is the best aromatherapy for me and WB. We love the aroma of freshly baked buns whether it is a simple plain bun or flavored buns like these garlic parsley buns....mmmm the aroma is so good that I have WB hovering around the oven waiting for the buns to be ready for eating , like a little boy and this brings a smile to my tired face after all the kneading session. Worth every ounce of energy spent on making these buns. The aroma fills the whole house and it lingers for hours. I love making bread and bun and it is therapeutic for me :)

"The smell of good bread baking, like the sound of lightly flowing water, is indescribable in its evocation of innocence and delight... Breadmaking is one of those almost hypnotic businesses, like a dance from some ancient ceremony. It leaves you filled with one of the world's sweetest smells... there is no chiropractic treatment, no Yoga exercise, no hour of meditation in a music-throbbing chapel, that will leave you emptier of bad thoughts than this homely ceremony of making bread." by MFK Fisher.
