I saw a bunch of banana with speckles( pisang emas ) at a fruit stall in UTC market and straight away , I thought of Alan's simple banana cake :) I have been wanting to bake it the moment he shared on his blog and on instagram . It is easy to make and it is really yummy. You can hop over to Alan's blog to see his. I still need to improve on the texture. Holes can be seen on the texture. I guess there were air bubbles in the batter when baking :p Though I have knocked and shook tin :p I always believe practice makes perfect and I know I will be able to make a perfect one :) Thank you Alan for sharing your simple banana cake recipe with us .
to make tasty banana cake...buy the one that has speckles of black on the skin
and pisang emas is a good choice..sweet and has a deep flavor
still not a perfect one yet, can see air bubbles on the texture
